On a prior issue of this newsletter I commented on how I took pride (and still do) on creating, coding and maintaining my portfolio site, given my former work experience with these things. However I'm coming to a point where I'm realizing neither my time nor resources nor capabilities are infinite and thus I'll have to choose what I want to focus in and delegate the rest. And not because I don't want to, but because delegating properly costs hard earned money — and I'd have to be very critical to see where this money is better spent as an investment and deliver better ROI that enables me to focus on what's more relevant to me. Easier said than done. But well, there's that.

It's definitely not an easy decision to make and if you're like me, you also will have high standards and expect excellent results from the person or company you pay to handle some of the things you want to take off your plate. Finding good help can be challenging! But, it really can make a huge difference and it certainly has allowed me to go further in my business and my career when I have found the right partners to do the things I no longer can do or never could.
